What to expect?


  • An experienced photographer will be assigned to cover your event using a digital SLR and external flash.
  • Images are supplied in high resolution JPEG format and are generally ready for collection within 5 working days from the event.
  • Up to 10 images can be supplied on an urgent basis within 24 hours from the event. This is done via DropBox upload or it can be collected on a flash drive from the studio.

Online “thank you” slideshow on request


  • After your event we can create a branded and personalized web page for you.
  • A slide show of approximately 20 images will be used to create a slide show with highlights of your event.
  • The web page will also feature a personalized message from you to your guests.
  • The link to the web page will be made available to you to email to as many people as you wish.

Optional extras


  • A second photographer can be booked at the same rate as the first photographer. This is recommended for large events where one photographer may not be able to cover the event adequately.
  • A set of studio lights and a background can be supplied and a “studio area” can be created to capture guests on arrival or to serve as a “photo booth” during the event. A dedicated photographer is required for this service.
    • R 1 250 … supply of 2 studio flash heads and background.
    • R 1 950 … photographer for the first two hours of the event and R995 per hour thereafter.
  • Terms and conditions apply to Time Lapse Photography. Please discuss this option with us.

General


  • Overtime is charged at R1250 per photographer per hour or portion thereof for work which is done outside of the agreed photographic coverage time.
  • The rates above include travel if the event takes place within a 10km radius from Edenvale, otherwise standard travel at R4.95 per km applies.
  • To book a photographer, we require a deposit of 70% and the balance is payable on the day before the event. Please refer to our terms & conditions for cancellation.
